Northern Ireland Investment Fund

QMPF is pleased to announce that the Northern Ireland Investment Fund (“NIIF”) has made an investment of £20m. The senior loan facility has been made to Oakland Limited to support the private sector-led regeneration of Merchant Square in Belfast which will see the development of 202,740 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation with ground floor retail space.
