Sale of an Anaerobic Digestion Plant

QMPF is pleased to announce that it has advised the members of JV Energen LLP on the successful sale of the award-winning and innovative Rainbarrow Farm anaerobic digestion (AD) and biomethane-to-grid facility to Engie.

Located in Dorset, Rainbarrow Farm has been providing renewable energy to the local community for over a decade, with an annual operational capacity of 57 GWh and is accredited under the Renewable Heat Incentive scheme.

QMPF’s role included providing commercial and strategic advice before and throughout the transaction, marketing the investment opportunity and managing the tender process for the sale.
