REG Living Power

QMPF advised REG Living Power on the modelling and assumptions of 4 bio-power plants totalling 26.2MW. Living Power is using a bio liquid derived from waste cooking oil to generate electricity for the grid during times of peak demand.

The project was seeking £2.5m of funding through the crowdfunding platform Abundance, which fully subscribed the debt on a 7 year term at a fixed rate return of 8%.
