Private Placement

QMPF advised a London Charitable Institution on its funding requirement.  Our role included detailed analysis of the Institution’s forecasts, determination of the funding requirement, options appraisal and development of a preferred funding solution.

The options appraisal explored both bank and capital markets solutions, including running a soft market testing process where a number of banks and institutions were approached to determine interest in the transaction.

As a result, a Private Placement was selected as the most competitive solution which was placed directly with one institution.
