Stephen Jackson, Commercial Development Director at Nottingham Trent University, said:
“The refinancing has secured the long-term funding of our student accommodation provision and has been an important transaction for the University. QMPF’s advice enabled us to get comfortable with the commercial impact of the refinancing and to generate best value to the University as a result.”
