
Jessica Holden
Jess is an Associate Director in our advisory team who has experience advising on a variety of Higher Education and renewable energy projects. She is currently advising the University of Manchester, Durham University and the London School of Economics & Political Science on the procurement of new student residences developments through Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) partnerships. She also advised the Manchester Metropolitan University on its recent Joint Venture framework agreement with Unite Students for the redevelopment of its Cambridge Halls site and has also supported various universities with funding options appraisals, arrangement of new borrowing facilities and covenant negotiations with existing lenders.
Jess also provides financial advice and modelling across a range of renewable energy projects. Her experience includes the valuation of an EV charging business and development of an investment grade financial model to support energy retrofit projects.
Jess joined QMPF in June 2022 having previously worked at Deloitte as part of their valuation’s team, performing valuations for advisory and financial reporting purposes. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a BA in History and Economics from Durham University. Jess is a keen golfer and regularly plays netball.
