QMPF was engaged by the European Investment Bank (“EIB”) advisory team (working in conjunction with the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation, “DBEI”) to advise on potential financing mechanisms to maximise the benefits of public funding to Research & Development activity in Ireland.

Our review considered the existing R&D funding landscape in Ireland and the application of best practice examples from the EIB’s experiences elsewhere, to identify recommendations for DBEI to consider as options in its future strategy.
