2 Marsham Street PPP Contract Change

Working alongside Cushman and Wakefield, QMPF advised Ministry of Justice in relation to the commercial review of the 2 Marsham Street PFI project. QMPF led on the review and reporting in relation to the financial model changes arising from project variations, testing the implementation of the relevant change protocols and benchmarking arrangements. QMPF’s expertise supported the client in understanding the methodology used in applying variation changes and provided third party review of the inclusion of changes in the financial model. QMPF identified a number of areas for further review alongside the PFI provider, identifying specific actions to address any areas of concern. The engagement extended QMPF’s expertise in considering the commercially agreed positions in project finance arrangements and combining this with detailed understanding and rigorous review of the associated financial modelling.
