Caoimhe is an Analyst in our advisory team providing financial analysis and support across a range of renewables, infrastructure and education projects.
Caoimhe has worked on a range of renewable energy advisory remits including anaerobic digestion, district heating, hydrogen fuel production and solar PV projects. She has experience of financial modelling and business case development for energy projects, as well as project valuation and sell side advisory support.
She is currently advising a private sector client on the sale of an operational 4.5MW anaerobic digestion plant. Her recent remits include developing financial models and drafting the financial sections of business cases for district heating projects being considered by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Fyne Homes and West Lothian Council.
She was part of the QMPF team that advised hub West in relation to the Glasgow Health Bundle project for the design, build, finance and maintenance of two community health facilities and an acute mental health facility. She was involved in the financial close for two of the facilities in December 2018 and was part of the team that developed a variation to the original financial model to allow the third facility to be incorporated into the project in December 2019.
Caoimhe has passed all three levels of the CFA Program and may be eligible to receive the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience. Caoimhe joined QMPF in 2016, after graduating from the University of Edinburgh with a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering with Renewable Energy.
